I have seen various responses to this query of mine, but can someone give me a definitive answer? Can OSX leopard run on an iBook G4? I understand the G4 is PPC and Leopard/Snow Leopard is Intel based. Some have said yes, some have said no.

I am checking out a used iBook for a friend, and am wondering if it is a smart buy at $300, or if it is limited in the number of programs/versions of programs it can run.
