Our G9 died a couple of weeks ago. The local Apple store diagnosis was from a
design problem that caused some inner gizmo's to leak into the motherboard.
Though Apple knew about the problem, owners were never contacted. And now
after too much time has gone by Apple will not fix said problem because maybe
now it was or might have been an act of "God." Though for $700.00 we can fix it.

We love our all of our Mac's so what happened with customer service. If you have
a bug in the hardware let us know so we can get it checked out and avoid a costly
repair job. Don't go Toyota on us!
