I'm on my 3rd mac book. My newest one is one year old. After 6 months the hard drive died (It was sitting on the same table for 3 days and one day it did not work). Now after 1 year my battery lasts no more than 20 minutes. WTH? I spent a lot of money for this lemon. My older ibook is still running with the same battery and lasts at least 45 minutes.

Anyway, I want to make a complaint but cannot find any link or any directory of where to do this. Any advice?
